Indonesia - Indosat appreciation to its customers is back. This time the appreciation given to postpaid customers who apply nationally Matrix. Appreciation given in the form of Free Call & SMS to other domestic Indosat.
As has been provided to the customer prepaid, postpaid Matrix program for customers is also a form of appreciation to the company's customer loyalty using Indosat service after the network constraints on 3 April 2014 ago and has returned to normal on the same day.
Free calls and SMS programs to fellow Indosat customers in the domestic sphere is applicable to all customers nationwide Matrix, on December 9 to 11 April 2014.
"We greatly appreciate the loyalty of customers postpaid Matrix continued use of our services, both when obstacles occur until service returns to normal a few hours later. We hope that this appreciation will benefit and continue to be the best experience for customers in using our service," said the President Director & CEO of Indosat Alexander Rusli.
